The ALODUR is a special coating process produced in conjunction with an electrochemical reaction of the AL base material. This ALODUR layer is produced in two different methods. A comparably good surface hardness is achieved, as in the case of hard anodization. This results in a long service life.

In addition, a very good corrosion resistance results in an industrial environment.

The lower surface roughness compared to the hard anodization results in a lower friction in combination with a higher sealing longevity.
